Banana Cream Pie
Banana cream pie is one of the best pies there is. It’s particularly delicious during the spring and summer, and I could eat the whole thing myself if no one else was around.
It’s usually a bit of a tedious process to make banana cream pie, but with a couple of hacks, you can make one quickly that’s just as good as the ones that take forever.
Wanna make it yourself? You’ll wanna gather some ingredients. Here’s what you’ll need:
- pre made pie crust
- banana pudding mix
- whipped cream
- banana slices
How It’s Made
For the amounts necessary, watch the video tutorial by Tasty down below. Now let’s get started on making the pie!
First, preheat your oven to 450°F/230°C.
Put your pie crust in a pie dish. Poke holes all around the bottom of the crust with a fork, then bake the crust for 10-12 minutes.
Mix together your banana pudding mix and milk as directed in the video below, then add your whipped cream. Cool your pie crust and add slices of banana along the bottom.
Add your pudding mixture and pop it in the fridge. Once it’s cooled, top the pie with more whipped cream and bananas. Refrigerate more if you’d like, then slice and serve!
