I’m always looking for ways to step up my burger game. Obviously a well-made classic burger is incredible, but sometimes I want a twist. This is the twist I was looking for.

Beer can burgers are amazing. They’re stuffed to the brim with whatever you want, have a ton of flavor, and are surprisingly easy to make.

Season your burger however you like it, then use a can to shape the burger into a little meat bowl. Stuff it with whatever you like, wrap some bacon around it, and toothpick the bacon in place.

Grill the burgers over indirect heat. When you grill it, be sure to close the lid so heat can distribute equally. It should take 30 minutes to an hour.

Use a meat thermometer to make sure the internal temperature is to your liking, and enjoy!

I like to stuff mine with provolone cheese, grilled onions, peppers, and mushrooms. It’s like a Philly Cheesesteak burger, and it couldn’t be any more delicious.

There are a ton of possibilities for this, and they’re all incredible. Beer can burgers have become my favorite thing to cook on the grill.

I’m confident that once you try this, it’ll be your new favorite too. You need to make this before summer endsĀ Check out the video below and get cooking!
