Charging your phone is always a must, but sometimes, all of those cords can get a little obnoxious. The solution? Wireless charging.
Wireless chargers hit the market a few years ago and people are obsessed. Not only can you charge your phone, but you can do it without the cord… especially if the charger is built into a table!
It may seem incredibly difficult to build, but believe it or not, anyone can build this. It’s super simple to do!
Kelsey from TheSorryGirls did her own DIY for a wireless phone charging table, and it’s genius. She males it easy enough for anyone to make.
Basically, she takes a small table with a removable top and replaces the top with one she built herself. No tech knowledge needed!
There is a little bit of woodworking involved, but even if that’s not your thing, you can make this. You can get all of the wood pieces made for you at the hardware store.
There are two main pieces of wood, one of which will have a hole cut through it to hold your wireless charger. Add a small piece of excess wood on the bottom, screw it in place, and you’ve got a hidden charger.
If you decide you don’t want the charger there anymore, it’s as simple as unscrewing it. Seriously, it really is that easy.
Add the stain of your choosing, place it on top to replace the old table top, and you’re completely finished. That was pretty painless to make, wouldn’t you agree?
