When it’s cold outside, there’s one kind of food that never steers me wrong… soup. Whether it’s super healthy, thick and creamy, or chunky and full of protein, it’s never a bad meal.
Since the cold is here, I decided I wanted to try out some new soup recipes. I found this video from Tasty and I decided to give them a try. I’m glad I did because they’re delicious.
The chefs at Tasty whip up a hearty vegetable stew, a vegetable dumpling soup, a chickpea & sweet potato stew, and a protein-packed chili.
All of these are delicious as is, but you can easily add meat to them if veggie options aren’t your thing. I suggest beef for the veggie stew and the chili, and chicken for the dumpling soup.
Turkey makes a great addition to the sweet potato stew, but I personally prefer it as is.
These soups make awesome make-ahead meals. They don’t take a lot of time to prepare, they keep for days, and they’re amazing, so you won’t get tired of them throughout the week!
If these soups don’t sound delicious to you, then check out these options from Tasty. They’re just as amazing, but not as chunky, and a little more classic.
Check out the video below to learn how to make these awesome soups. Try out these soups when you’re a little chilly, and you’ll warm up real quick. Trust me, you’ll be eating them all season long!
Enjoy!
