These days paper flowers are being used for all sorts of occasions. I have seen them at weddings, all sorts of events, and paper flowers make a perfect option for home decorating. I recently found this paper towel rose tutorial by Jarine’s Crafty Creations on YouTube, and I had to make some of these for my friend, who was obsessed with buying too much toilet paper and paper towels when the quarantine started. Not only will we be able to share this joke and laugh our heads off, but the paper towel roses will look so cute in her guest bathroom, where she hasn’t started decorating yet. The cutest thing about this project is that the roses are quite obviously paper towels which adds to the overall charm of these roses tremendously.
Materials For Paper Towel Roses:
- A roll of paper towels
- A pack of shish kabob sticks (you cand find these at the grocery store for around a dollar)
- Some plain white glue (Elmer’s)
- A pair of scissors
- Some green paper
- A hot glue gun
- Glue sticks
In this paper towel rose tutorial by Jarine’s Crafty Creations on YouTube, you will learn to make beautiful roses from ordinary paper towels. You begin by laying out your paper towels according to instructions in the tutorial and bunching it to make the rose shape.
Then You add the green paper to the kabob stick using your hot glue gun and assemble your flower.
These paper towel roses are so cute my friend loved them.
