It’s everything you love about a classic reuben, but with almost none of the carbs. Luckily, it’s just as delicious.

Wanna know how to make a keto reuben? Here’s what you’re gonna need:

  • 6 leaves cabbage
  • 12 oz. corned beef
  • 12 oz. sauerkraut
  • 6 oz. Swiss cheese
  • 6 tbsp. cream cheese

Make The Reuben

Preheat your oven to 400 degrees F.

To make this reuben, start by boiling your cabbage in salted water for a little bit until they soften enough to be malleable.

Then lay on your corned beef, sauerkraut, Swiss cheese, and cream cheese. Wrap it up burrito style, and your reuben are ready to bake! 

Bake them for 10 minutes, then let them cool a bit before you dig in. You’re all done and ready to eat!
