The dollar store is basically my safe haven at this point. There’s so much there that you can buy, so much you can make from things, and so much money you can save along the way.

Since fall is approaching, I’m looking for ways to use dollar store items to make my home look amazing. In comes Bargain Bethany on YouTube, who always seems to have fantastic ideas.

Here are some of her farmhouse fall ideas that I’m obsessing over. You’ve gotta try them!

Picture Frame Pumpkin Lantern

Remove the backing from 4 picture frames, then glue them together into a cube. Once they’re dry and secure, fill it up with fall decor like moss, pumpkins, and fairy lights.

This one is super simple! I love how mine turned out and it took me so little time to create it.

Canvas Picture Frame Mash-Up

Like Bethany shows in her video, break apart your dollar store picture frames, then place them around your canvas, being sure glue everything together as you go.

Once it dries, you’re ready to go!

Block Game Crate

This DIY is a little out of the box (no pun intended). Use hot glue to glue together blocks from the copycat dollar store Jenga game. Then, glue those into a large crate-like box.

Once it dries, paint it, label it, and fill it up. There you go– a DIY crate!

Wooden Wall Art

Take wood finish frames and fill them with additional wood finish print that matches. Glue the frames together and add additional decor, like flowers, on top.

That’s it, you’re done!
