Dole Whip is one of the most well-known treats at Disneyland. The delicious pineapple soft-serve is famously served in Adventureland, right next to the iconic Tiki Room, and is a Disney best-seller.
I always get a Dole Whip whenever I make a Disney trip. Unfortunately, Disneyland is a little pricey and a little far, so if I’m craving Dole Whip, I can’t always go and get one.
If you can’t make it down to Anaheim, California, you can make this Disney classic at home. All it takes is two ingredients!
Gemma Stafford makes this easy recipe in no time at all. Heres how.
Here’s what you’ll need:
- 4 cups small chunks of frozen pineapple
- 1 cup milk of your choice (she uses reduced fat coconut milk)
- Blender
- Cold serving bowl
- Spatula or spoon
Pour the milk into the blender, followed by the pineapple. Pulse the blender, and once it stops moving, mix and scrape down the mixture in the blender.
Blend the mixture again and repeat. You’ll want to do this a few times to get a perfectly smooth texture.
Once it’s smooth, you can scoop the mixture or pipe it into a cold bowl. Then it’s ready to serve!
Just a warning– this stuff is addicting, so don’t say I didn’t warn you.
Enjoy!
