The Ultimate Chicken Parmesan
Chicken parmesan is always good. Fried chicken, covered in cheese and tomato sauce? Is there anything better than that? Yup. In fact, it’s even better.
Imagine all of the deliciousness of a chicken parm, but with the cheese stuffed inside the chicken. It’s a thing, and it’s super easy to make.

Here are the ingredients you’ll need to make this:
- 3 chicken breasts
- salt, to taste
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella
- 2 cups flour
- 6 eggs, beaten
- 2 cups bread crumbs
- 1 cup oil, for frying
- 3 cups tomato sauce
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese
- 2 tbsp. basil
Cooking The Chicken
Preheat your oven to 360 degrees F. Start by seasoning your chicken breasts, then butterfly them to allow room for the mozzarella. Stuff the chicken with the cheese.
Then, dip your chicken in the flour, the eggs, and the bread crumbs. Fry the chicken in your oil until golden brown on all sides. In an oven-safe dish, pour in some tomato sauce. Lay on your chicken.
Spoon a little more sauce on top of the chicken, along with the parmesan and basil. Pop it in the oven for 20 minutes. Take it out, and let it cool.
Now it’s ready to eat!
