One of my favorite quilts of all time has to be the harlequin. These beauties always look incredible, are easy to make, and make great gifts.
I love harlequin quilts especially because of their history– they’ve been around for hundreds of years, and there are so many amazing variations you can do of this gorgeous pattern because of it.
As with most of my favorite quilting projects, this one comes with a free pattern that is easy to follow and super fun to make. You can click here for the PDF of that pattern.
The pattern comes from RJR Fabrics. The mosaic-like finished product is stunning and I cannot stop showing mine off every chance I get.
I adore how my finished quilt turned out. It’s colorful with high contrast, looks amazing with any decor, and has a slightly vintage feel to it.
Watch the tutorial by Shabby Fabrics below to guide yourself through the pattern even more easily. You’re gonna love how yours turns out, too!
