Over the years here at DIYWays, we’ve found ways to integrate Fireball into all sorts of recipes. One of our favorites is this Fireball pumpkin pie.
Now that fall is on its way once again, it’s time to see what kind of cinnamony-y goodness we can get our hands on. This year, we decided to try sweet potato pie.
The base recipe comes from Divas Can Cook on YouTube, and it’s delicious. Combine that with Fire Pit Boys classic Fireball pumpkin pie, and you’ve got an autumn winner.
Here are the ingredients you need to make the Fireball Pumpkin Pie:
- pie crust
- pure pumpkin
- evaporated milk
- eggs
- sugar
- salt
- ground ginger
- ground cloves
- Fireball Whisky

Here are the ingredients for Divas Can Cooks‘ southern sweet potato pie:
- pie crust
- unsalted butter cut into cubes or slices
- pureed sweet potatoes
- light brown sugar
- granulated sugar
- evaporated milk
- eggs
- vanilla extract
- ground cinnamon
- ground nutmeg
- ground ginger
- ground cloves
- orange and/or pineapple juice
- flour

As you can see, there are a lot of similarities between the two recipes. Take what they have in common and make it into one spectacular pie.
Here’s how to do just that. Take the Fireball Pumpkin Pie recipe and replace the pumpkin with the sweet potato. Add the extra spices and vanilla, experiment with your sugars, and you’re done!
Bake until set, top with some whipped cream, and you’re good to go. Talk about the ultimate fall time pie!
