One of my favorite games growing up was Scrabble. Trying to come up with a word out of a ton of random tiles was a challenge, but I always felt so satisfied when I figured one out.
After having the game for years, a ton of tiles got lost, so I was looking for a way to use the other tiles before I buy a new game.
Letter tile coasters are a super cute way to reuse your leftover tiles.
All you need is your letters, a utility knife, E6000 glue, clear polyurethane spray, and some cork.
Making these coasters is super easy. First, make 4 four-letter words. You can make them drink related to keep with the theme, but if these are gifts, you can obviously make the words whatever you want them to be. Glue these words on the cork with the E6000.
Once you let this dry overnight, use your utility knife to cut the coaster away from the rest of the cork. Spray the coaster with the polyurethane spray, and once that’s dry, you’re done!
Hollie from Baby Gizmo suggests tying up four of these in a ribbon to make a full set. Whether you’re making these for yourself or your friends and family, they’re sure to be a hit!
