- freshly ground black pepper, to taste
- pinch of crushed red pepper flakes
- 2 tsp. freshly chopped parsley

How It’s Made
Preheat your oven to 425 degrees F.
First, grate up your zucchini finely. Then, you’ll add your eggs, garlic, oregano, parmesan, cornstarch, salt, pepper, and half of the mozzarella.
Once they’re combined thoroughly, spread out the zucchini evenly. Put it in the oven for 25 minutes and remove it for the final step.
Add the remainder of the mozzarella, the red pepper flakes, and the parsley. Put it back in the oven for another 8-10 minutes, and remove it.
Let the bread cool before you cut into it and dig in! You’re gonna love it, and it’s low carb, so why not indulge a little?
