Crispy Corned Beef Hash
Crispy corned beef hash is my favorite breakfast of all time. It’s just as flavorful and savory as it is filling. The best part? It’s super easy to make and works for a ton of occasions.
One of the best ways to eat it? As a St. Patrick’s Day breakfast! Whether you eat this the day of or the morning after, it celebrates the holiday and gives you the hearty meal you’ll need.
If you are one of those people who is planning on making corned beef and cabbage the night of St. Patrick’s Day, then you can use the leftover corned beef to make this!
Even if you aren’t celebrating St. Patrick’s Day, this breakfast is great after a night out, a brunch with friends, or any time you feel the need for something a little more rich.
So with all of that in mind, let’s get started!
You will need:
- corned beef
