  • crushed Nilla Wafers
  • melted butter
  • kosher salt

How It’s Made

Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F.
Begin by crushing your Nilla Wafers, softening your cream cheese, and melting your butter. Once that’s all done, we can put this all together.
First, make your crust. Add the melted butter and some salt to the crushed Nilla Wafers to make your crust. Press this into the bottom and up the sides of a prepared 9″ springform pan.
Now for the filling: using a hand mixer (or in the bowl of a stand mixer), mix cream cheese, sugar, and pudding mix together until no lumps remain. Then add your eggs, one at a time.
Stir in your vanilla and sour cream, followed by the flour and salt and beat until combined. Pour this mixture over the crust.
