I’ve written about easy nail looks before, but I don’t think I’ve come across anything easier than newspaper nails.
Newspaper nails look super complicated (there are tiny words printed on your nails, after all), but it really is the easiest nail art I’ve ever done.
First, paint a base coat on your nails to protect the nail. Then, add your color of choice. To make it look like newspaper, paint them a light grey color.
Then, wait for that polish to dry. Once dry, you can transfer the words from the newspaper. Dip your finger in rubbing alcohol until thoroughly saturated.
Once saturated, press a piece of newspaper on your nail. Press down thoroughly until wet, like a temporary tattoo, for a few seconds. Peel off slowly.
Remove any excess ink around your finger and wait for it to dry. Seal it with a top coat, then wait for that to dry, and you’re done!
I couldn’t believe how easy this was. I’m going to see if I can get specific words on each nail next!
