  • crescent roll dough
  • cocktail wieners
  • baking soda
  • warm water
  • kosher salt
  • shredded cheddar
  • shredded mozzarella
  • cream cheese, softened
  • Dijon mustard
  • paprika
  • beer
  • freshly ground black pepper
  • chives, for garnish

How To Bake It

Begin by preheating your oven to 350 degrees F.

Mix together your warm water and your baking soda. Roll your crescent dough around the cocktail wieners, then brush with your warm water and baking soda mixture.

Form your cocktail wieners into a circle in your greased pan. Top with your salt to finished “pretzel-ing” them. Now, on to the cheese dip for the middle.

Mix together your cheddar, mozzarella, cream cheese, mustard, paprika, beer, and freshly ground black pepper. Spread it into the middle of the cocktail wieners.

Now, pop that into the oven for roughly 35 minutes. Once the pretzel dogs are golden and crisp, and the cheese dip is nice and melty, garnish with chives, and you’re done!
