Martina McBride is a world-renowned country icon. Anyone who listens to country music has heard of her, and more than likely, they love her songs.
Besides having a powerhouse voice, Martina has another talent: cooking. She has such a talent, in fact, that the Food Network noticed, and she has her own show coming out soon!
Nashville-based company Heart Bridge Media is producing the show, aptly named Martina’s Table.
That’s right, Martina McBride is about to become a Food Network star, just like fellow country icon Trisha Yearwood. If the rest of her recipes are anything like her cornbread, then this is gonna be good.
“I’ve always had a passion for cooking and love to cook for my friends and family,” McBride said. “Having a show on Food Network is a dream come true. We’ve filmed the first season and it’s been so fun and exciting to be able to share some of my favorite recipes and stories.”
Martina’s recipes, inspired by her midwestern roots, include a full Thanksgiving dinner, a Mexican-themed birthday spread, a holiday brunch with some famous friends, and more.
There’s no better food than food made by someone with a little country in them, so what could be better than this?
Martina’s Table premieres on Sunday, November 18th, 2018 at 12PM ET/PT on Food Network.
