This was probably one of my favorite projects I’ve ever done. I can’t even tell you how many people have asked where I bought it.
Immediately after getting my new laptop I looked into cases. I wanted to protect my new baby!
My laptop is super light and sleek, so I liked the idea of a thin sleeve to protect it without adding bulkiness. I figured I could make it myself.
Here’s what you’ll need:
The easiest thing about this tutorial is ironing the fusible fleece to the inside of the bag and the free pattern for the closure that she provides here.
After fusing the fleece and sewing for a few minutes, it’s finished! It was really that easy.
I whipped up this super easy laptop case last night that I thought I would share the video with you. This literally took 30 minutes.
This cost me about $6 to make, and they’re $30 and up on Etsy. I love that not only was my DIY case easy, but it was perfect for my style! With the added pocket, it’s super convenient too.
