Steak Fajita Quesadilla
After a long day, nothing’s more delicious than an ooey-gooey quesadilla. A traditional cheese quesadilla is always good, but there’s an easy way to kick it up a notch.
Have it with some steak and veggies! Recently, we came up with this steak fajita quesadilla and now we cannot stop eating it.
Want to make it yourself? We don’t blame you. Here’s how.
What you’ll need is:
- 1 lb. skirt steak
- 2 tbsp. olive oil
- salt to taste
- pepper to taste
- 1 tsp. chili powder
- 1 tsp. cumin
- 1 onion
- 4 cloves garlic
- 3 bell peppers
- 1 jalapeno pepper
- 1 tbsp. butter
- 4 large tortillas
- 2 cups Mexican cheese blend
Cook It Up
Rub your steak with olive oil, salt, pepper, chili powder, and cumin. Cook your steak in a skillet until it”s at your desired level of doneness.
Take out your steak, then fry up your onion, garlic and peppers. Season with salt and pepper to your liking, then take them out once they’ve softened up.
Now it’s time for your tortillas. Melt some butter in a pan and lay down one of your tortillas. Add your Mexican cheese blend, steak, veggies, and more cheese, with another tortilla on top.
Once the other tortilla is toasted up, you’re all done! Slice it on up and serve it. Trust me… it’s just as delicious as it looks!
