Loaded Mashed Potato Casserole Is What Dreams Are Made Of

Loaded Mashed Potato Casserole

There’s nothing more delicious than some loaded potatoes. Whether baked, fried, or mashed, you’ll never be disappointed. Especially when it comes to this Loaded Mashed Potato Casserole.

This casserole is one of the most delicious things I’ve ever eaten. It’s so beyond good, I ate the whole thing myself once, and I’m not even sorry.

Once you taste this, you’ll want to eat it all the time. Every dinner, you’ll lean toward making this yourself. Don’t say I didn’t warn you.

So, wanna make this yourself? Let’s get started!

Here’s what you’ll need to make this delicious dish:

  • 4 lbs. russet potatoes
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 1 tsp. chicken bouillon powder
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1/4 cup parmesan cheese
  • 1 1/2 cups cheddar cheese
  • 12 slices cooked bacon, crumbled
  • green onions, for garnish

Bake It Up

Begin by preheating your oven to 350 degrees F.

Peel & boil your potatoes, then drain and mash them. Add your sour cream, butter, milk, and sour cream. Once that’s mixed in, add the salt, pepper, bouillon, garlic salt and powder.

Mix that in and add the parmesan cheese, along with a cup of the cheddar and 3/4 of the bacon. Bake that for 25 minutes, then top it with the remainder of the cheese and bacon. Bake for 5 minutes more.

Once it cools off, you’re ready to serve! Just be warned: you’ll want to eat the whole thing yourself.
