Oh, the holidays. It’s a time to indulge, and it’s a time to enjoy what you love.If there are two things you should try to indulge in moderation, it’s chocolate and alcohol.

So naturally, I wanted to share a recipe with you that combines both.

Jack Daniel’s Whiskey fudge is everything you’d ever want in an indulgent dessert: chocolatey, smooth fudge with a little kick from some Tennessee whiskey. What could be better?

Making it yourself with just a few ingredients, of course! Here’s how you do it.

To make this boozy fudge, you will need:

  • 3 1/2 cups chocolate chips
  • 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup Jack Daniel’s whiskey

Line an 8 by 8 inch baking dish with aluminum foil or parchment paper.

In a large bowl, melt the chocolate chips according to package instructions. Use the microwave or a double boiler, whatever you prefer.

Stir in the sweetened condensed milk, the vanilla extract, and the whiskey. Pour the mixture into the baking dish and even it out.

Cover with aluminum foil and let set completely, either on the counter or in the fridge, for about 4-8 hours.

Refrigerate for 1 hour before slicing for the perfect texture. You can store this in an airtight container for two weeks, so there’s no need to eat it all in one sitting (even though I know you want to).

And that’s it! It’s really that simple, and it’s a great fudge to give as a gift to whiskey lovers this holiday season. Yum!

If Jack Daniel’s isn’t your thing, you can try a ton of other alcohols too. Whatever you like should work well for this!
