Sam The Cooking Guy has creative and appetizing food recipes. I love watching his videos because they’re entertaining to watch along with high-quality video production. He shows you how to make beer can burgers that are stuffed with cheesiness. I wasn’t expecting him to make the mac and cheese with just Kraft Cheez Whiz dip, and I think it’s such a quick, odd way to make it. The size of this beer can stuffed burgers is insane and juicy. If you’re looking for a hearty, greasy, and cheesy burger to make, I would advise following Sam The Cooking Guy’s recipe on YouTube.

Ingredients:

  • diced onions
  • macaroni pasta
  • EVOO
  • diced Serrano peppers
  • minced garlic
  • Kraft Cheez Whiz
  • Montreal steak seasoning
  • 1 lb 80% lean and 20% fat ground beef
  • kosher salt
  • garlic powder
  • soy sauce
  • beer can
  • hamburger buns

Directions:

First, season the pound of ground beef in a bowl with kosher salt, garlic powder, and soy sauce. Once that is fully mixed together, make 3 burger balls and put them onto a baking sheet. Then, take a beer can and make an indentation in the middle of the beef ball while bringing the ground beef along the side of the can. Continue to do this to all three burger balls. This should create a hole and pocket for stuffing.

Next, with the stuffing process, start off with a couple of slices of Monterey jack cheese on the bottom of each. Then comes in the macaroni and cheese. Wrap a couple of slices of bacon on the outside of the burger patties and top it off with a big slice of Monterey jack cheese.

Overall, I love the way Sam made mac and cheese. I would take that part of this recipe and make it alone as a meal or a side dish. I love quick recipes and using cheese dip is a great alternative in case you don’t have shredded cheese or milk at home. Plus, using the Serrano peppers gives it a nice spicy kick with the cheesiness. I’m honestly star stuck with how massive and stuffed this burger is.
