Matty Matheson recipe for making beef and pork chili is a lot to soak in. When I say a lot, there’s a lot of ingredients to make this a hearty chili. I haven’t seen a chili recipe like this, but it looks very meaty and tasteful. You can find his recipe in his cookbook or audible, Homestyle Cookery. This is a nice recipe for meat-lovers, but I would be curious what this beef and pork rib chili would taste like. There’s a lot of seasoning in this recipe, and I think this chili would be packed and loaded with flavors. In conclusion, this is a wholesome, meaty chili recipe that’s topped off with cheese, sour cream and herbs.

Directions:
At the beginning of the video, Matty shows you how to make the sofrito for the chili. This includes a blend of all of the vegetables in the ingredients list. To make the sauce, add the sofrito in a pot with the seasonings, tomato paste, beef stock, puree tomato, beer, and water.
Next, brown the beef and pork ribs on a pan with oil and set them aside. Fry the ground beef and pork together and add the meat after the chili sauce is made.
Overall, this is definitely a chili that I feel is catered to a man that loves meat. However, if you’re a meat-lover, this is the perfect chili recipe. This includes different types of beef and pork, you can add less meat.
