On the 4th of July, a lot of people celebrate by cooking burgers on the grill, setting off fireworks, or spending time with family and friends.
A lot of people also celebrate by drinking. If you’re one of those people, we have the best drink for you.
It’s called the red, white, and blue shot, and it’s delicious. Not only that, but it’s just as easy to make as it is patriotic.
All you need is some grenadine, a clear or white liquor of your choice, and blue curacao. Get your shot glasses ready, because people are going to be lining up for these!
Here’s how to make it:
Begin by filling 1/3 of the shot glass with grenadine.
Then, take a spoon and place it inside of the shot glass at an angle, pouring your clear or white alcohol of choice slowly. It’ll drip down and form its own layer.
Once the clear or white layer settles, place the spoon back in the glass, at an angle again. Pour in your blue curacao, and allow that to settle.
That’s it, you’re done!
