Peach cobbler is the fall dessert everyone loves and needs in their life. Believe it or not, there’s a way to extend all of that delicious cobbler goodness into fall, and it all starts with pumpkin.

That’s right, pumpkin cobbler is a thing, and I’m so glad I found it. It puts all of the deliciousness of a pumpkin pie into a cobbler, and I cannot stop eating it.

It may be my new favorite fall dessert!

Here’s how you make it.

You will need:
  • Cooking spray, for pan
  • eggs
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 15-oz. can pumpkin puree
  • 2/3 c. heavy cream
  • 2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 tsp. kosher salt, divided
  • For the topping ingredients, click here.

Preheat your oven to 375 degrees F. Grease a skillet with cooking spray.

In a large bowl, whisk together sugar and eggs. When fully combined and smoothed, add pumpkin, cream, vanilla, pumpkin pie spice and 1/2 tsp kosher salt.

Whisk until smooth and blended. Pour into your skillet, then you’ll be ready to add your topping.

I adore Delish‘s recipe for this cobbler. It’s absolutely incredible, and I know I’ll be serving it all fall!
