Pork chops can be hard to cook, or just pork meat in general. It’s understandable because no one wants to eat undercooked pork. Plus, it can easily be dry, but this garlic brown sugar pork chops recipe by Laura in the Kitchen on YouTube looks moist. I love how simple the ingredients are to make these juicy pork chops. It can be served with mashed potatoes and greens on the side. Also, I love how the pork chops have a nice sweet glaze with a subtle garlic taste. The sear on the pork chops makes it look appetizing.
