Shoes can get so expensive, especially if they have a really cool design. One of my favorite prints is galaxy print, but getting a galaxy print pair of shoes is super pricey lately.

That’s why it’s better to do it yourself! If you were a fan of sharpie tie dye shoes, you’ll absolutely love these galaxy shoes.

You can get get all the beauty of the milky way with:

  1. White canvas shoes
  2. Permanent markers in black, light blue, dark blue, purple, pink, and maroon
  3. 91% rubbing alcohol
  4. Dropper
  5. White acrylic paint and something to paint with (brush or dotting tool)

Here’s some additional supplies you can use to make these extra special:

  1. Glitter
  2. Mod podge
  3. Ribbon

First, remove your laces. Then, all you need to do is work in clusters. Use your sharpies and draw little squiggles and blobs of each color.

Once you have a small patch, use a dropper full of rubbing alcohol to bleed the colors.Repeat all over the shoe until you’ve filled the entire thing.

Then, you can use the white acrylic paint to dot on some stars, the moon, or whatever else you’d like. You can add some glitter, or use glittery ribbon as shoe laces.

Seal the shoes off with some mod podge or clear paint and you’re done.

Make these shoes and your feet are going to be out of this world! (Sorry, I had to).
