Have you ever heard of a Flaming Cheeto Turkey? I just discovered this wonderful flaming bird last week and couldn’t wait to try it! The original Flaming Cheeto Turkey recipe was first done by Reynolds Kitchen, where you can find their awesome recipe but I also found a Youtube video that really knocked this hot bird out of the park. I started this succulent recipe by putting my 15-pound turkey in a big Tupperware vat and covering it with water then I added 2 cups of brown sugar, 2 bottles of Tabasco Sauce, 1 cup of sea salt, to marinate my turkey in, then let it soak for 24-48 hours.

Then I removed the turkey from the water vat and put it in a roasting pan with butter and began to stuff it, first with potatoes and then the magic ingredient, one 2 pound log of cheddar cheese!

Add A Whole Block of Cheese Inside The Bird

I then tied the legs up and basted the entire bird with butter and crushed Flaming Hot Cheetos all over the turkey and rubbed them in, making a thick and uniform crust all over the entire bird. I then surrounded my bird with small Ukon Gold Potatoes and brushed them lightly with butter, then sprinkled them with salt and pepper.

The finished product was nothing short of amazing, you would not believe how good this Flaming Hot Cheeto Turkey smells! when I took it out of the oven and cracked the breast open there was a big pool of melted cheese lying in the middle! This recipe was perfect for my pre-game party because it doubled as a nacho cheese dip! My friends went wild over it! They all commented that The Flaming Hot Cheeto Turkey was the best thing they had ever tasted.
