Fireball-Soaked Pineapple
Grilled pineapple is delicious as it is, but once it’s soaked in Fireball? It’s a million times better. So much so, in fact, that if you try this grilling technique once, you’ll be hooked, guaranteed.
Wanna make it yourself? Here’s how.
For this recipe, you will need the following ingredients:
- pineapples
- Fireball whisky
- raw sugar
- brown sugar

How To Grill It
First, peel the pineapple and score the outside in a diamond pattern. Place them in a ziplock storage bag and pour in the Fireball Whiskey. Squeeze as much air out as possible, then close the bag.
Marinate for at least 2 hours in the refrigerator, and turn it half way through. HowToBBQRight uses a rotisserie to cook these pineapples. For best results, do the same.
Before grilling, combine the rest of the ingredients in a bowl. Skewer each pineapple with a rotisserie rod and secure with rotisserie forks. Apply the sugar mixture to the outside of each pineapple.
Cook like HowToBBQRight does, applying more of the sugar mixture once the outside looks dry. Remove the pineapples once the outside is caramelized.
Carefully slide the pineapples off the skewers, then slice into individual pieces for serving. I love serving these up with grilled pork particularly, but no matter how you serve this, you’re gonna love it.
