Fall is practically here already. As soon as it becomes September, I say bring on the pumpkin spice lattes, the orange and brown colors, and the pie.

With all of those amazing things comes another exciting part of fall… picking the decor! Here are 4 ideas from The DIY Mommy on YouTube. Not only are these gorgeous… they’re cheap!

That’s right, all of the supplies for these DIYs can be found at the dollar store, so each costs only a few dollars to make. Let’s get started on making them, shall we?

Shabby-Chic Farmhouse Pumpkins

This DIY is super simple. At your local dollar store, pick up some of those cheap plastic pumpkins. Paint them whatever color you’d like, leaving some patchy spots for a more rustic vibe.

From here, use some hot glue to attach different decorations such as lace or flowers. Once that dries, they’re ready to display! Easy, huh?

Light-Up Fall Wreath

Take a plain wreath for, of your choice, some fall trinkets, and some string lights. Hot glue your items on to the wreath, then wrap around your string lights and hot glue down the battery pack.

Once it dries, it’s ready to hang up. This is one of my favorites on this list. It’s so pretty, super easy to make, and it looks so expensive!

DIY Embroidered Pillow

Create a pillow case by sewing up any piece of fabric you have. With some thread, you can embroider a word on the pillow case before you stuff it.

The DIY Mommy has step-by-step instructions on making this pillow, so be sure to follow her directions in the video below!

Floral Macrame Wood Cutout

For this DIY, begin by painting your cutout however you’d like. Then, hot glue macrame cording on just like The DIY Mommy shows in her video. From here, glue on accessories like flowers.

Now it’s ready to display!
