The Perfect Snow Globe
Snow globes are beautiful on their own, but this year, I wanted to make one that was more than what you usually find at the store. I wanted a showstopper, something everyone notices when they walk in my door.
So I found this snowman snow globe and I knew it was absoultely perfect. It was adorable, unique, easy to make, and the majority of the things used to make it can be found at the dollar store!
How It’s Done
You will need:
- A fishbowl
- A large clear ornament
- A small clear ornament
- Figurines and decorations (snowmen, trees, stickers, etc.)
- Hot glue
- Styrofoam pellets
- Mini top hat
- Mini scarf (she uses wired ribbon)
Decorate the inside of each clear ball the way you’d like them to look, gluing the decorations in place, then stack them on top of one another and glue them in place.
Glue on your top hat, followed by your ribbon scarf. You can bend this in place to make it look like it’s blowing in the wind!
It’s so much easier to do this than it looks, and once you put it on display, everyone is gonna compliment you.
