It’s super simple to make, and YouTuber Stephie Dee Creates shows in her video tutorial just how simple it truly is. Here’s how you do it.

Let’s Get Poppin’

Okay, so this really couldn’t get any easier. You will need:

  • Balloons
  • Toilet Paper Rolls
  • Duct Tape (both for security and/or for decoration)
  • Markers, Stickers, or any other decorations of choice
  • Confetti

How It’s Made

This couldn’t be any easier if you tried. Cut the top off the balloon and place it over the end of the toilet paper roll. Duct tape this in place, then decorate however you deem necessary.

Tie a knot on the end of the balloon, and it’s ready for the confetti. Add the confetti to the open end, pull on the tied-off end of the balloon, and release. Watch the confetti pop into the air!

This is a great projects for kids and adults alike. It’s a ton of fun and great for ringing in the new year.

Have fun and have a happy 2019!
