Kelly’s Korner is back at it again with another dump & go crockpot video. These meals are perfect for busy weeknights, and they’re especially great when you just don’t feel like cooking.
Here are the 4 meals. The choice is yours.
Dump N’ Go Potato Soup
For this recipe, you will need:
- 1 two lb. bag hash browns
- 1 eight ounce block of cream cheese
- 1 carton of chicken broth
- bacon bits
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- shredded cheese (she uses cheddar jack)
- salt & pepper
This couldn’t be any easier to prepare. Just throw everything in except the cheese, mix it up, cover, and cook it on low for 7-8 hours.
Easy, huh? Top it with the cheese and maybe more bacon, and you’re ready to eat!
Bacon Cheeseburger Casserole
For this recipe, you will need:
- 1 lb. ground beef, cooked
- 10-12 strips of bacon, cooked
- 3 cups cheddar cheese
- 1/3 cup all purpose flour
- 1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 12 oz. bag mixed veggies
- 32 oz. bag tater tots
- 3 cups milk
- salt & pepper
Cook your bacon and set it aside, then cook your beef. Add your flour, Worcestershire and milk to the beef. Adjust as needed.
Add your cheese, mixed veggies, sour cream, and bacon. Mix well. Layer everything in your crockpot: tater tots, beef mixture, and so on.
Cook on low for 3-3 1/2 hours, and it’s ready to eat! She tops it with more cheese, but it’s totally up to you.
Pepperoni Pizza Bake
For this recipe, you will need:
- 2 cans of biscuits
- Italian seasoning
- 1 jar pizza sauce
- 1 cup pepperoni
- 2 cups mozzarella cheese
Dice up your biscuits into quarters, spray your crock pot with cooking spray, then put in some biscuits.
Add your pepperoni, Italian seasoning, pizza sauce, and cheese. Give it a good stir, then put a cloth on top, followed by the lid.
Cook it on high for 1 1/2-2 hours. Then it’s ready to eat!
4-Ingredient Ravioli
For this recipe, you will need:
- 16 oz. Italian sausage
- 4 cups mozzarella
- 20 oz. bag frozen cheese ravioli
- 24 oz. jar pasta sauce
Cook your sausage, then add your sauce to create a meat sauce. Layer your crockpot with the sauce, the ravioli, and the cheese.
Repeat this process until you run out of sauce, putting more ravioli and cheese on top.
Cook on high for 1 hour and 45 minutes or on low for 3 1/2 hours. Then you’re ready to eat! Yum!
