I love a chilly cocktail after a long day. Since it’s summer time, this frozen lemonade cocktail was absolutely perfect.
It’s called the Jack Frostie because is has a winter wonderland kind of look to it, but it is completely perfect for any time of year.
I think it’s perfect for this transitionary period between summer and fall. We’re about to head into the holidays, so what could possibly be a better last hurrah than this summery-tasting wintery-themed cocktail?
This recipe comes from Delish on YouTube, and you’re going to absolutely love it. So if you want to make your own, let’s get started making these bad boys, shall we?
Here’s what you’ll need to make this:
- vodka
- champagne or prosecco
- blue curaçao
- lemonade
- ice
- lemon wedge
- white sanding sugar
In a blender, combine vodka, champagne or prosecco, blue curaçao, lemonade, and ice and blend until smooth.
Take a glass and rim it with the lemon, followed by the white sanding sugar. Pour in your cocktail and it’s ready to drink!
Regardless of what season it is, you’ll love drinking these. It has the snowy vibes of winter but all of the icy flavor of summer.
There’s really nothing not to love. If you want to give this delicious cocktail a try, follow the tutorial above or watch Delish’s video below.
