Jay Munee DIY / YouTubeJenga was always one of my favorite games growing up. There was nothing like the suspense of pulling a block and hoping you weren’t the one who was gonna have the entire tower tumble down.

If you’re like me, you have an old game of Jenga laying around your house. The box is completely destroyed and I needed to find a way to store the blocks, or at least use them.

That’s when I stumbled on this wooden mirror tray. Not only is it super adorable, but it’s made of entirely dollar store items, and it’s finished in a flash.

All you need is the following:

  • a mirror
  • Jenga blocks (or a copycat that’s usually available at the dollar store)
  • hot glue
  • wood stain or paint (optional)

That’s right: with some Jenga blocks, some glue, and a mirror, you can make this tray like I did.

Jay Munee DIY‘s Jay Garcia used some wood stain on hers to add a little twist, but this step isn’t necessary. You can customize this to fit your style and needs.

If you don’t have Jenga laying around, the dollar store often has a knock off version as well as mirrors for the base of the tray.

Regardless of where you get the materials, the result is stunning. All you have to do is glue!

Watch Jay walk through how to make one of these babies below, then give it a try yourself. You can use these adorable trays to display your favorite decor. It’s easy!
