I collect piggies and I have them in all shapes and sizes and made from every material you can think of, but the one kind of piggy I did not have was a piggy made from a recycled water bottle. So when I saw this gorgeous Plastic Water Bottle Piggy DIY I had to make it! I started by gathering my materials together:
Materials:
- 4 Small and 1 Large Plastic Bottles
- A Glue Gun
- A Pair Of Scissors
- Krylon Spray Paint
- White and Black Craft Paint
Cut the top 1/4 part of your small water bottles to make legs for the piggy

Glue your 4 cut small water bottle pieces onto the main large water bottle to serve as legs for your piggy
Cut a rectangle in the back of your big water bottle
Cut a small strip of plastic from the rectangle section that was removed from the large water bottle and curl it to make your piggy a cute tail, then glue it onto the end of your large water bottle with your trusty hot glue gun
Then spray paint your cute piggy, I used red Krylon Spray Paint
Then cut the bottoms off of 2 of your small water bottles to make the cute piggy’s eyes and glue them on with your trusty hot glue gun
Then add details to your gorgeous piggy planter with craft paint, spots patches, whatever strikes your fancy
This has to be the cutest planter I have ever seen, I’m so happy with mine I had to make an entire piggy family for the entrance to my garden, everyone loves them, especially the grandchildren.
