I was in Dollar Tree the other day and I was looking at the pet products. I needed a collar and some dog toys for my new dog-loving neighbor, as I strolled down the aisle the pet food scoops came to my attention. Now I started thinking my imagination was getting away from me when I thought, that pet food scoop looks like a Reindeer head! I don’t know why, but I purchased it in hopes it could become part of my Christmas Decor. I bought a cheap wreath and some Christmas bows as well, hoping the inspiration would strike. When I got home I started looking on Youtube for some ideas and you will never believe what I found! A Pet Food Scoop Rudolf Wreath! I tell you I could not believe my eyes, this was some sort of awesomely strange serendipity for sure, whatever the case I had to start on this DIY Rudolf Wreath right away! First I got my materials together, my pet scoop, of course, an old Christmas hat, 2 zip ties, 2 googly eyes, a red pom-pom for the nose, my cheap one dollar wreath, some brown spray paint, and my hot glue gun. Then I made the hat small enough to fit my future Reindeer. Then I secured the pet scoop upside down to the bottom of the wreath with zip ties.

Then I just made a lovely gingham bow and glued on Rudolf’s facial features. This was such a rewarding project and it was cheap and easy, not that I mind a challenge, but it’s nice to have a bit of instant gratification sometimes.
