Playing with slime is beyond fun. Once you make it, you just can’t get enough of it. I’ve tried all sorts of recipes since finding my first one, but this iceberg slime might be my favorite!

Iceberg slime is a type of crunchy slime that shatters as you push down on it, almost as if you’re cracking a thin sheet of ice! How cool is that?

What you’ll need to make this unique slime recipe is:

  • Glue
  • Shaving Cream
  • Lotion (optional for texture)
  • Baby Powder (optional for texture)
  • Food Coloring (optional)
  • 1 tsp. Borax
  • 1 cup hot water

First combine all of the glue, shaving cream, lotion, baby powder, and food coloring. Then, combine the hot water and the Borax separately.

Little by little, add the Borax solution to your glue mixture. Mix together until it forms slime!

You could play with it just like this, or you could dump the slime into a bowl, smooth some more shaving cream on top, and let it dry, uncovered, for 2 days.

When you do this, you create an “iceberg” effect. It breaks and cracks as you push down on it, and then you can stretch it out like normal slime!
