If you want to make me really happy, feed me both of these. No need to stop at a burger stand and an Italian restaurant, just combine the deliciousness into one dish!

That’s right. Cheeseburger pasta… and it’s all made in one pot! Wanna make it yourself? Let’s get started.

Here’s what you’ll need to cook this up:

  • 1 onion, minced
  • 1 tbsp. crushed garlic
  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tbsp. ketchup
  • 4 cups beef broth
  • 19 oz. fusilli pasta
  • 3 cups cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • green onion for serving (optional)

Cookin’ It Up

To start, mice your onion and crush your garlic. Sauté them with your pound of ground beef, then season with salt, pepper, Worcestershire and ketchup. Cook until the beef is browned.

Add your 4 cups of beef broth and your fusilli pasta. Mix and allow it to come to a boil, then cover until the pasta has absorbed the majority of the liquid.

Uncover your pasta and add your milk and cheese, mixing until thoroughly combined and melted. Serve with some additional cheese or some green onion if you’d like.

Then there you have it! All of the flavor of a cheeseburger with all of the comfort of a bowl of pasta. There’s nothing not to love!

Enjoy!
