Make this as an appetizer for any party or gathering, and everyone is gonna flock to it. You might have to make more than one loaf, if I’m being honest.

Luckily for you it’s super simple to make, so let’s get to cookin’ this bad boy. Here are the ingredients you’re gonna need:

  • 1 large baguette
  • 1 boneless, skinless chicken breast
  • 2 cups flour
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 cups breadcrumbs
  • 10 slices mozarella cheese
  • 1/3 cup melted butter
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 1 tbsp. fresh parsley
  • 1 tbsp. parmesan cheese
  • oil for frying
  • marinara sauce for dipping

Now Let’s Get Cooking!

Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C).

First, hollow out your baguette cut your chicken into strips. Bread your chicken by dipping it in flour, then the beaten eggs, then your bread crumbs.

Fry your chicken until golden brown and fully cooked, then wrap the strips in mozzarella cheese. Stuff this inside of the baguette. Then, slice it into chunks.

Combine your butter, garlic, parsley, and parmesan, then brush the mixture on to your baguette. Wrap it in foil, then bake for 20-25 minutes.

Serve this up with some marinara and you’ve got the best appetizer ever.

Enjoy!
