The Beautiful Bargello

A beautiful Bargello quilt is awe-inspiring. I could stare at it all day, in part because of how colorful and gorgeous they are, and in part because I can’t believe how easy they are to make.

If you’re someone who purchases a ton of strip sets, wondering if and how you’re ever going to use them (like me), this is the project for you.

Let’s Get Quilting

Angela Walters from The Midnight Quilt Show on bluprint creates this Bargello in a video tutorial. Not only is it an easy tutorial, but it’s gorgeous to watch.

First of all, if you want to stitch up the exact pattern Angela is using in her video, click here for the pattern, which costs $11.

If you want to make the exact quilt with all of the supplies, there’s a full quilt kit, pattern included, that you can get by clicking here. It costs $42.60 total.

All you need to do is sew together some long strips, cut those into strips made of little squares, and sew them together like Angela does in her video below.

My favorite thing about this pattern is the gorgeous diamond shape that comes out of it. It’s so mesmerizing, I kind of want to hang the final product on my wall.
