The Ultimate Meatball
If you eat meat, then you like meatballs. You know it’s true. They’re beyond delicious and satisfying, and they go great in so many different types of cuisine!
Of all of the meatballs out there, I’ve found one meatball to rule them all: bacon-wrapped Fireball meatballs.

I mean, what is there not to like? Fireball cinnamon whiskey, check. Bacon, check. Beef, check. Is there anything else you could possibly ask for?
The Barbecue Pit Boys came up with this awesome recipe, and their recipes are always incredible… so with that, let’s get started!
You will need:
- ground chuck
- pork belly bacon
- cinnamon whiskey

Time For Cookin’
To make these deliciously different meatballs, you’re going to start by making the meatballs themselves. Luckily for you, it’s just the ground beef and seasoning, but amounts are imperative here!
You’ll wrap each meatball in your bacon and cook it on your grill. Take your whiskey and inject it into the meatball. This will infuse the meatball with a ton of flavor.
The cinnamon whiskey, bacon, beef and seasonings work surprisingly well together. You’ll want to eat a ton of these once you take one bite. They’re just plain addicting!
These are awesome dipped in some barbecue sauce, or even on their own. Regardless of how you eat these, you’ll be obsessed with them.
