If you’re not in the mood for classic avocado toast, guacamole, or just plain whole avocados, there’s a new way to cook avocados: turn them into chips!

That’s right, with just a few ingredients, you can create delicious chips out of avocados! Wanna know how?

Here’s what you’ll need to make them:

  • 1 avocado
  • 3/4 cup parmesan
  • 1 tsp. lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp. Italian season
  • Kosher salt, to taste
  • Black pepper, to taste

Prep The Chips

First, preheat your oven to 325 degrees F.

Mash the avocado until smooth. Add the parmesan, lemon juice, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.

Mix the ingredients together thoroughly until well combined. Then, on a parchment lined baking sheet, spoon the avocado mixture, spacing them evenly like this.

Time To Bake

Bake these for 15-18 minutes, or until the edges have browned significantly. Let them cool a little bit, then you’re ready to eat them!

I like mine dipped in ranch, but these babies are great with all sorts of sauces: barbecue, spicy buffalo, or whatever else your heart desires. They’re also great on their own!

Regardless of how you serve them, you’re gonna love them for sure. You’re welcome in advance.

Enjoy!
