How It’s Made

Now for making the dip. Combine your cream cheese and feta cheese except 1 tablespoon, your sour cream, and lemon juice in a large bowl. Mix until totally smooth.

Take out a 9″ x 13″ pan and spread out half the cheese mixture. Add your pesto, along with the rest of the cheese mixture. Now it’s time to make the flag design.

Sprinkle the sliced olives over the top of the dip, placing a ton in the top left corner to create the blue corner of the flag. Combine the bell pepper and tomatoes in a bowl.
Now create your stripes. Alternate between the pepper mixture and your mozzarella balls to create the red and white stripes. Sprinkle the remainder of your feta over the olive corner to make “stars.”
Serve with either pita chips, pita slices, crackers, or veggies. This dip is gonna go fast, so you may wanna make a few!

Enjoy, & Happy 4th!
