Trying to get that Thanksgiving table ready in time for the big meal? If you’re a host for this year’s Thanksgiving, then your answer is probably yes.

You need more than just the food for a perfect Thanksgiving: a table runner, place settings, and a centerpiece are all a must.

Lucky for you, I not only found a great Thanksgiving centerpiece, but you can make it entirely out of stuff you can find at the dollar store!

Here’s what you’ll need:

  • 1 foam floristry ring
  • 1 plastic plate
  • 1 plastic glass (no handle)
  • Fall leaves, fruits, & flowers
  • Hot Glue
  • Popcorn kernels (unpopped and unbuttered, please)
  • Candle

Assembling this really couldn’t get any easier. Glue your plate to the center of the foam ring (more than likely you’ll just be gluing the edges of the plate done, on the bottom), and poke holes in the ring.

Glue your plastic cup on the center of the plate. Insert the flowers, glue down the leaves and fruits, and surround the cup until you’re satisfied. Add your popcorn kernels to the inside of the cup.

Add your candle to the center of the kernels and you’re done!

Yeah really, that’s it.

What’s your centerpiece going to be this year?
