In a microwaveable mug, you”ll mix together maple syrup, a flavorless oil, water, oats, coconut, salt, and nuts. Microwave for 1 minute, stir, then place it back in for 30 seconds. It should be crispy and golden.

In a bowl or mug, add your macaroni and some water. Microwave until fully cooked. Drain off the water, then add some milk, some cornstarch, some cheddar, and some salt and pepper.
