Kelly’s Korner on YouTube makes it easy with 4 dump & go meals, and I found another 3-ingredient recipe from SkinnyMs.com thats just as easy.

Let’s get started making them!

Mississippi Roast

  • chuck roast
  • au jus gravy mix
  • ranch dressing seasoning mix
  • peperoncini peppers

Check out Kelly’s video below for exact amounts.

This is probably the easiest recipe ever. Dump the chuck roast, gravy mix, ranch mix, and peperoncini peppers into your crock pot. Cover and cook on low 6-8 hours or on high 4-5 hours.

Kelly’s Korner serves hers with instant mashed potatoes, rolls. and a salad. Easy!

Ravioli Lasagna

  • frozen ravioli
  • pasta sauce of choice (she uses garlic and herb tomato sauce)
  • cooked ground beef
  • cheese(s) of choice (she uses Colby Jack)

Check out Kelly’s video below for exact amounts.

Mix your cooked ground beef with your sauce, then layer it at the bottom of your Crock Pot. Then, add a layer of ravioli, followed by another layer of sauce.

Continue this pattern of sauce and ravioli, adding cheese in between if you see fit.

Cover and cook on low 6-8 hours or on high 4-5 hours. 10 minutes before serving, add a final layer of cheese on top. Let it melt, and you’re ready to serve!

Sausage & Potatoes

  • russet potatoes
  • yellow onion
  • smoked sausage

Check out Kelly’s video below for exact amounts.

This one couldn’t be any easier. Chop up your potatoes and onions along with your sausage and throw it in. Cover and cook on low 6-8 hours or on high 4-5 hours.

Chicken & Dumplings

  • cream of celery soup
  • cream of chicken soup
  • canned ready-to-bake biscuits
  • chicken broth or chicken base & water
  • boneless skinless chicken breasts, either precooked or uncooked if you want to follow Kelly’s method

Check out Kelly’s video below for exact amounts.

If your chicken is not precooked, first you’ll want to follow Kelly’s method of cooking her chicken with the chicken broth. Then, shred your chicken and add in your cream of celery and chicken.

Cut up your biscuits into chunks and add them on top, then give it a stir and cook on high for 30-45 minutes. Then you’re done!

3-Ingredient Balsamic Chicken

  • boneless skinless chicken breast
  • balsamic vinegar
  • salsa of choice
