This first recipe is for those 21+ (or 18+ if you’re outside of the U.S.) only:
Citrus Sangria Cocktail
How about a cocktail to quench your thirst? Just mix a sliced lemon, a sliced lime, a sliced grapefruit, a cup of grapefruit juice, a cup of brandy, and 3/4 cup simple syrup. Mix well, then chill for an hour.
Add a bottle of sparkling rosé, and it’s ready to serve. Talk about refreshing!
BBQ Beef Nacho Bake
Add 9 oz. of tortilla chips to a bowl. Add a pound of cooked ground beef on top, seasoned to your liking. Add 1/2 cup of BBQ sauce to this, followed by 2 cups of cheddar cheese and a cup of mozzarella.
Chop up half a tomato and place that on top, followed by half of a sliced red onion, 8 strips of cooked bacon, crumbled, and some parsley. We used 1/2 cup.
Do this in layers, layering this over and over until you use all of your ingredients. Bake at 350 degrees F for 15 minutes.
Easy Pizza
Roll out 1 tube of pizza dough into a rectangle. Bake at 400 degrees F for 10 minutes. Spread on 1 cup of marinara sauce, 2 cups of mozzarella, and pepperoni to taste.
Pop that back in the oven for another 10 minutes. Once it cools, it’s ready to eat!
3-Ingredient Mac & Cheese
Boil 5 cups of milk, then add 1 lb. macaroni. Cook the macaroni until done, and add your 2 cups shredded cheddar until it melts. Then that’s it, you’re done!
Spicy BBQ Chicken Bites
First, season 2 chicken breasts with 1 tsp. salt, 1 tsp. pepper, 1 tsp. garlic powder, and 1 tsp. chili powder. slice it up into bites and be sure to season all exposed sides.
Dredge the chicken in 1 cup flour, beat 3 eggs and dip the chicken in them, then back in the flour. Fry in oil until golden brown and cooked through, then toss in warm BBQ sauce. You’ll need about 1/2 cup.
Now they’re ready to eat!
