Ice cream: no matter what time of year it is, it is never a wrong time for ice cream. Whether your favorite flavor is chocolate or vanilla, rocky road or mint and chip, there’s something for everyone to love.


I think I’ve found the ultimate ice cream flavor, and unless you’ve already read the title of this article, I bet you wouldn’t be able to guess what that flavor is.

Mountain Dew!

That’s right, all of the deliciousness of your favorite soda packed into a frozen, creamy dessert. Believe it or not, it gets even better.

You only need 3 ingredients to make this, and you don’t need an ice cream machine. All you need is something to whip it up, like a hand mixer, and a freezer!

How To Make It

First, you’ll need to gather your ingredients. All you’ll need is some Mountain Dew, some heavy whipping cream, and some sweetened condensed milk.

Want the ice cream a little less sweet? Use regular condensed milk instead of sweetened. If you want your ice cream to be green, grab some green food coloring too.

Start by whipping the heavy whipping cream. You can use a hand mixer for this, or whip it by hand. You can even shake it up in a mason jar!

Now, add in your condensed milk. Mix that together, then fold in the Mountain Dew and food coloring if you are using it.

Spread the mixture out in a baking dish, cover the top with plastic wrap, and freeze.

Once frozen, it’s ready to serve. Trust me… you’re going to absolutely adore this ice cream. It’s my new favorite flavor!
